To all loyal people, I King Joffrey of the House Baratheon denounce the northerners as traitors to the realm and offer the sum of 10,000 Golden Dragons for the head of Robb Stark along with 5,000 Golden Dragons for the head of his brother Brandon Stark and 5,000 for his youngest brother Rickon Stark.
A further 2,000 Golden Dragons will be payed to anyone who kills the following traitors

I, Stannis Baratheon, hereby lay claim to the Iron Throne by right. Joffrey is the seed of incest, and is not a true Baratheon so.
It is my duty to remove him from my rightful throne as the next of kin to Robert Baratheon, and rule Westeros.

The Westerlands delcares themselfs a seperate kingdom form the iron throne and whoever holds it. lord stark speaks the truth, everyone should have thier own kingdoms and i urge all to claim thier own.
