Quick question about the patch..

Are one turn campaigns not available right now for the other factions? I posted I couldnt start a 1 turn for Scythia after the patch and was told "go to the 2nd tab, click 1 turn, and start. You will be able to select the faction just like in vanilla RTW."

Problem is, when I click on the 1 turn tab then click start, when the game loads and I click 1 turn the next screen never gives me a choice except Rome.

Not that thats a bad thing as Im starting to like 0-turn for being faster and different game play but I was wondering if Im doing something wrong.
