Toonami

Did anyone else catch the revival last night?

Buck yeah son. Watched Gundam Wing and Tenchi Muyo. Oh the good ole days. I hope they actually bring back Toonami for a few more years.

Wing was what really hooked me on Toonami. Seeing it last night was like a dream. I hope they were testing out the waters. the voice of Tom says the guys in charge are listing and he said to leave feedback on Cartoon Network.

It was a blast from the past. Though I was disappointed they picked Gundam Wing out of all the Gundam shows that played on Toonami, Wing is horrible, Mobile Suit Gundam would of been nicer, or better yet 08th MS Team, it was absolutely amazing.

Wing just has that nostalgia aspect I guess that will never let it die in the West, being the first played on Toonami and for Western fans the one they just so dieheartedly cling too. Most accurate review I ever saw for it gave it a 3/5 almost as bad as Gundam Seed Destiny by the same reviewer. hehe

I liked 08th MS team, only one I've seen that was remotely realistic.

I really can't stand the ones where one mech (Usually with totally unnecessary wings on its back) somehow easily destroys hundreds of other mechs of the same size seemingly effortlessly.

A good friend of mine told me about Steve Blum urging people to give feedback on bringing Toonami back in the feedback box at Cartoon Network from a friend last night. I really want CN to bring it back

I enjoyed reliving my childhood that night. And personally, Toonami was what got me into anime. I miss Megas XLR, Gundam, IGPX, and other sorts of shows that Toonami aired.
