OOC: Is it where you are born or who you are born to? Cause yeah Joffery was born in Kings Landing, but he was born to two western people. Wouldnt that make him a Hill?

Edit: I tend to think who you are born too. Hence how John Snow can be Snow and not born in the North, but taken back there after the war.

OOC: Actualy it may be your parents not the place of birth whixh dictates it. One of the Sand snakes was born in Oldtown yet is considered a Sand.
This however may simply be Oberyn's way of making her part of the family and removing her past from her life. I mean who is going to tell him that his daughter is a Flowers and not a Sand.

Do you know who my Grandfather is sir? The Hand of the King? Unlike some governors of their lands who claim to be able to see forign nations from their shores, my grandfather does indeed see the Iron Islands. What need change from how you have been for hundreds of years? You rebelled....twice! didnt work out well. Third times a charm? Instead of independence, and break up our proud Kingdom, why not just give you more land? Lots more land. The North is nice this time of year. Their land will be going fast, best get it while you can.

OOC: I think its who the father is. Examples: Edric Storm is born to a Baratheon/Florent, yet gets Baratheon last name. John Snow gets a North name with a North father who birthed him in the south. The examples of Sands born in Old Town, and im sure if we look harder we can find other examples. Soooo I think its Joffery Hill. Son of Hank Hill, senior assistant manager at Strikland Propane.
