Who is right?

I recently uploaded a series of videos on RTW from the Julii perspective. I use cavalry to the fullest, charging the enemy as they funnel out of the settlement. The man in the comments notices the amount of denarii I have, and calls me "cheater".

Then I prove it to him by telling him to watch all my videos because clearly you can see my money advance legitimately.

So he switches and says "All you do is raise taxes to the max and exterminate everything, killing your own people".

So then I tell him, "have you once seen me exterminate my own people? I exterminate to bring peace in other hostile lands, not my own".

Then he turns over and says that "I cheat by charging my cavalry at units funneling out of a settlement."

I really try to stay calm, but this game is just ... well, ticking me off.

lol come on they're comments on youtube. if someone compliments you or gives you advice, take it with a smile. if someone shows up, thrashes about and insults how you play then smile and ignore them.

don't listen to these jerks on youtube, the fact that they spend so much time waiting to harass someone on youtube says enough about them. Keep making your vids I saw them and they are pretty good.

In your next vid, re-name the enemy units to the troll's youtube user name (it's a asimple text file edit) and give them a good spanking with your cavalry.

Everything you did is legitimate. And even if you did exterminate your own people, so what? That is not cheating either. Oh, if you did it in real life you would be a depraved despot. But, wait, if you did ANYTHING, in real life, that this game expects you to do to win, you would be a depraved despot.

Do not let what other people think of you govern your life nor the enjoyment of it.

My guess is that you do not play nearly as cheap and dirty as I do.

And another guess: There is some envy going on, here, that is leading to the trolling behavior on Youtube.
