    Default Full Vision

Well, occasionally I get bored and I decide to see what would happen if I were to just not interfere with the game. Just watch the factions kill each other and see what would happen. Though, I was wondering, is it possible to gain full vision of the map? NOT like toggling Fog of War, I know how to do that.

I mean like getting full vision of enemy armies, their numbers, types of units, being able to see provinces in detail without massing spies to go everywhere?

I mean, you could use the cheat code for getting free units and create a massive number of spies to send out every where.

    Go to:

    C:\Program Files\Activision\Rome - Total War\preferences

Make a backup of the file called preferences.txt, then open the original and change the value for FOG_OF_WAR from TRUE to FALSE.

After that you should be able to see everything in the campaign map.

    Edit:

Rushed through the post. My bad.
Still wish to leave it up though in case someone needs to know.

... discouting cheats/scipting, the only thing i can see is a million spies in enemy territories, and a million watchtowers on your own.
