Description for witch skill levels

Does anyone know what the descriptions are for the witches magic skill. I've seen a level 4 magic skill labeled as "even humanitarian skeptics would call this woman a witch", so I'm dying to know what a full magic skill must say .

Yeah the thing is you never see any high level witches . In vanilla that is. Aren't those descriptions somewhere in the game files?

• Magic Level = If this woman once held sway over the arcane, she shows no sign of it now. (Level 0)
• Magic Level = Little more than a glorified performer of party tricks
• Magic Level = More of an enigmatic wise woman than a genuine witch
• Magic Level = A performer of bizarre, inexplicable phenomena
• Magic Level = Even humanistic sceptics would label this woman a witch
• Magic Level = Her unnatural powers are great enough that she no longer bothers to hide them
• Magic Level = Has been seen by many using dark arts as a weapon against the righteous
• Magic Level = This witch wields power that is unholy, unnatural, and seemingly unstoppable
• Magic Level = No bounds are known to this omnipotent crone's arcane arts
• Magic Level = Performs miracles on par with those of the Messiah
• Magic Level = So terrible are her powers men of the cloth are dubbing her the Anti-Christ (Level 10)

Ccgr1121, my highest was a lvl 4. I don't think you can actually see one of lvl 10 in the game.

Now I'm curious. How would a Witch even GET that high a rank? Wrath can go up to +4 if I remember, and I don't even know how you earn those traits. If I recall you they can't do actions to earn skill either-the whole point is they just sit there.

Maybe someone can explain Witches to me.

They get more "skills" after failed processes by priests. Don't know if it's accelerated if Bishops or cardinals fail. And it might be connected to the campign difficulty as well, since I've this far only played medium and only seen level 4-5 witches.
