Default Is this monitor worth me buying?

    Hello,

I am looking to get a new monitor as at the moment i have a 17 inch Acer one. Thus because 17 inches isn't big enough for me anymore I'm looking for something between 22 and 24 inches. As I also like playing the odd first person shooter i would like it to be nice and smooth with a fast response time (I'm guessing that is helping for past passed stuff?) and all the other stuff that's helpful, naturally.

I want to spend between £0-£140 (I put the zero in just in case someone want to give me one )

I have been looking about and came across this:

    http://www.amazon.co.uk/Samsung-S24A...1997656&sr=1-4

I would have to buy it second hand if i was to get the better price but i recon that the 'like new' condition will do.

Is there anything else out there that is better? Am i missing some vital bit of info? any advice would be grand, thanks.

If you can find Asus VG236H 23-inch without the nvidia 3d bundle its a great gaming low response low lag monitor. 120hz.

It works great for non-3d as well it CAN run 3d it doesn't have to run 3d. I use it all the time for 2d. The problem is finding it not bundled with the 3d vision kit. Thats why the price is so high.

Just get a 1080p(1920x1080) Samsung monitor, I got one and it's working wonderfully. It's the Ta350, but I think there are newer models out there.
