The problem with the Huge unit setting is that the AI draws down its settlement populations to build troops. I want to increase the starting populations by 50% in RTRE.
I have tried BrandonM's descr_strat editor (it gives an error in line 805 while loading, and is not meant for RTR yet). Changing population by hand in the descr_strat does not work either.
Is there a mod that changes population for RTRE?
