This is driving me mad. Need help with Trait editing

Hi boys and gals, I hereby summon you to help me.

The problem is, I like it ruff (no pun intended) hard (again, no pun) and generally difficult when playing TW games.

The Clan Traits have bugged me for some time, so I decided to atleast try to remove them from my own clan.

The thing is, I'm confused. I have the pack thingy, but I'm not experienced (only modded PI games so far).

Any help is appriciated.

So, after some modding I have maneged to inactivate all but one clan trait of mine.

Does anyone know where to find the cap text for units?

Please help!
