Lusted and I played each other earlier today, but we had a few problems (probably due to his low spec computer! ), but it worked fine other than that.

Yup, 5.0 works fine online, mine and Haders battle did go well until my low spec pc made things go a bit wierd, but its its perfectly possible to play online.

Should i just get a clean install of RTW and install TE5 and not change anything?

Hm. That's strange. Are you sure those are the only things you have done?

Te 5 comes with the Skymod, so it shouldn't affect it, and changes to preferences .txt don't matter i think. There are likely to be people on very infrequently, people are more than welcome to arrange matches using this thread.

Well the chances are he's been online when no one else with 5.0 has been on, so it would be good to arrange matches here.
