Seeking to master the ancient arts of Legilimency and Occlumency, Arthur White delves deep into the library of Hogwarts, especially the Restricted section.
The art of Legilimency, the ability to penetrate the thoughts of one's mind and influence them. A great asset to the deceased Dark Lord in his quest to kill Harry Potter. The most skilled of those who wield the art can do it non-verbally and without a wand. However those without this ability to adapt to it easily use the incantation Legilimens in order to do what is needed. The last known Legilimens were Severus Snape, Voldemort and Albus Dumbledore...and even known to the Hogwart's professors, the Sorting Hat was enchanted with Legilimens during the Sorting Ceremony. Such an ability was great and rare gift of power.
Occlumency was an even harder ability to learn. It required many training with a blank and empty mind, in order to prevent Legilimens from seeing into their minds. This required great endurance and willpower to withstand an experienced Legilimens and their art in seeing into their mind. The Occlumens, as they were called, would need patience, endurance and willpower as well as great discipline in mental and emotional fields in order to fully master this art.
Any known books that Arthur could look for would be in the Restricted Section...perhaps there was a medieval wizard who created it and thus had a book or two lying somewhere.

The moment the book opens...a few pages jump out and run now. As there were many enchanted books that always proved troublesome here. The authors enchanted them to confuse and deter people seeking knowledge on certain subjects.

One flies back...the other two stick out two tongues at the Professor and run now. It seemed Arthur needed some chasing to do.

One jumps ontop of a table and begins to tap dance while the other one rushes down another book alley.

The page falls silent and goes back into the book. Now the other one was making gibberish curses at Arthur as it runs down between the book shelves

The page trips from the Accio and falls on the ground, enough time for Arthur to capture it. The page grumbles as it goes back into the book.

There was moderate information on the subject. It was stated that required great skill, endurance and patience to fully utilize both Occlumency and Legilimency. However...at the bottom corner of one page. Something was written.
The Seekers of the Mind
An odd name indeed. Whatever could it mean? Perhaps it was worth investigation if it were a book or perhaps a group.

OOC: Hell if I know lol. I will make someone up.
An elderly woman named Bertha was nearby, putting some books away. As the professor approached her, she got down and put her wand away.
Hello Professor White. How may I help you?

The woman examines the lettering and ponders some.
Now that is an old book...I wonder if we even have it.
She walks off to the Restricted Section and begins to go through a couple shelves. Bertha ponders some more then snaps her fingers. She points her wand as a rather old leather bound book came down.
Here it is...Seekers of the Mind. The author is unknown, but is believed to have been a mind reader in a ways.

She examines the book and looks around the edges.
Ah! I think I know why it was there.
She pointed to the back of the book. There was a name on it. Dragan Vlatko.
A Macedonian...he was a student here when I first started. A rather curious student. This must've been one of his books.
