An owl flies up to the window, carrying a slip of paper with it, the owl pecks the window to get the store owner's attention.
Properties and Possible Uses for Magical Substances
Thestral Blood
Thestral blood contains many magical properties, although it has not been experimented widely. It is not know whether the blood is poisonous to be consumed directly, it is still inadvisable to do so. However, should a person wish to do try it, he or she can go ahead for the benefit of magical science and inventions.
The possible uses of this substance can be,
Wandlore: It is known that the tail hair of a thestral can be used as wand core. they produce powerful but rather unstable wands. The same could be said for it's blood. Infusion of thestral blood in a wand might produce a very powerful wand, but it would require an exceptional wizard to wield it. As thestrals are associated with death, the master of a wand infused with thestral blood would have to be indeed Master of Death. That is, one who would face it bravely, and not run away from it.
Potions: Whether thestral blood had been used in Potion making cannot be exactly known. For the records of wizard kind mostly extend to the middle ages. If it had been used in the ancient times, one cannot exactly tell for what. But just like the wandlore, thestral blood would be useful in greater potions, and not the petty ones.
Cobra Venom
Cobra venom is classified as a fast acting and painful poison in the muggle world. But it has to be introduced in the bloodstream to be effective. Swallowing the venom would give a fever at the maximum. But surely it can find uses in the wizarding world, either as a venom or as a potion ingredient.

The owl flies through the window, bearing a note and a small satchel.
The note reads as follows.
"To whomever owns the Schwarz Emporium, I wish to purchase a vial of Thestral blood, the reason for this is unimportant, the satchel (it has a charm that makes it larger on the inside) contains the required fifty galleons, merely roll the paper back up and secure the vial within.
Signed, A."
-50 galleons

The store keeper picks the vial. He secures the stopper properly.
Wrapping it in a thick brown paper, he collects the money from satchel, and puts the vial into the satchel.
He offers the owl some food and water, and keeps the window open.
The owl, it's task completed, flies out the window and begins it's journey back to hogwarts.
Update: Manual added. Pity it is not in the second post.
Edward Cromwell apparates outside, having come from his home.. With the directions to the shop from his new boss, he looked for the Emporium before finally finding it. Opening the door, the bell above it rang signifying his entrance. He looked around the quite dingy shop for assistance,
"Hello?"
