Carthaginian Units

I wanted to make some of the Gallaeci units to be available for Carthage but I noticed that there is no "export_descr_unit" under the "Play Carthage" folder. Does anyone know another way I can change the recruitable units for Carthage?

Copy the EDU from the base data folder to the Carthage folder and edit away.
