Help unlocking all faction on RTW

I have tried copy pasting them like I've read in these forums but no one seems to have the problem I've encountered.

It's says cannot create the file and then puts the directory....
And make sure the path and file name are correct!!!

Please help.

What you should do, copy past the file to your desktop and rename it to whatever you want it. Then cut and past the factions on the "unlock and unplayable" list and past the on the "Playable" list.
Make sure IT DOES NOT LOOKS LIKE THIS (With two names together or one name divided)

Romans_scipiiegypt
seleucid
But that IT LOOKS LIKE THIS

make sure to include only one name per line and that they are written correctly.
After that, click save and then rename the file to its original name and then copy paste it to the original folder (Make sure to click "move and replace").

you also need to delete the names from the "End_unlockable" section as well so that section of the file should look like

campaign
playable
romans_julii
romans_brutii
romans_scipii
and
all
the
rest
end
unlockable

end
nonplayable
