Andrew Fieldsbridge is the 1st-born son of Margaret and Nigel Fieldsbridge, former Aurors for the Ministry of Magic. The Fieldsbridge family are well-known for their specialism and favoritism of the use of Charms; using them for everyday living and for manipulating things to go their way, a very nice addition for combat situations. During the recent and tragic conflicts; they had been loyal to the Ministry and were not swayed by the dark promises that had filled the Wizarding world upon his emergence. The result was that they had to leave their young son Andrew in the care of his Grandmother, Beatrice Mayweather, who cared and nurtured him whilst his parents were embroiled in the dark situation. Growing up; Andrew fell in love with charms at a young age as he watched his Grandmother impress him with his favorite Colour Change Charm. A Charm he has since treasured as a well-known reminder of his late guardian; using it in any situation possible. He always delved deep into his arduous studies as he vowed to become as good at Charms as his Parents and Grandmother, devoting all his precious time into the furthering of his knowledge.
Personality Andrew has a very timid and meek personality; preferring to resolve conflicts by words and always willing to help those in need. He tries to maintain a low-profile within Hogwarts, choosing to not draw much unwanted attention to himself or create any wasteful popularity for himself. He puts 100% effort into his Charms studies, whilst maintaining a decent knowledge of Hexes and Curses for his own protection; however he has little to no interest in Potions or Herbology, not wanting to waste his precious study time on useless subjects. Lastly; he is very amiable and sociable with those he calls friends, however it takes quite a bit of effort to earn his trust in return.
