Events and RPs

There are quite some people new to RPs here. So I thought things could be pre-defined for clarity issues.

Ponti/Snape had mentioned to me that Events are initiated by mods, but RPs can be done by players too.
So,
1. What is an Event? And it's extent.
2. What are RPs? And their extent.

This should help us all in avoiding steeping on toes.

Events are personal and even group events that are initiated by rolls at the beginning of each year. Students may have up to three events at times. Where as qualified wizards, like heads of the departments, will have a department event and a personal event.

These help with increasing willpower and skills as well as acquiring items and what not.

As for rp = roleplay, it means just...write it out. Make posts about it like you have been doing. Roleplay it out with mods or others who are a part of the event.

What about other qualified wizards?

Ah.. It can be about quests, captures, and stuff etc. Right?

Each year is two weeks - that's a long time, really. If you don't get your event right away that means its coming later. Same goes with classes. Two weeks is a long time! I wouldn't worry about being left behind, we have tons of time to RP this stuff guys.
