    Default No export_descr_advice.txt file?

    I am trying to add forced diplomacy, but I cannot find the export_descr_advice.txt file in the data folder...? I looked in every other mod I have and they all have an export_descr_advice.txt file.

    BC doesn't have custom EDA. Just use one from a force diplomacy mod.
