Default Cheat to let Town Rebel?

Hi, is there some sort of Cheat to make a town rebel/ a faction rebel or declare war on a faction without diplomat? I'm playing a mod which requires ownership of a certain settlement for a certain event to happen, but the settlement is owned by an ally, which i can't declare war on, because the alliance is scripted and there is no diplomat for my faction

Try to give them money in exchange for the city.
If you have no diplomat, recruit one

In cities build a town hall and then you can recruit diplomats.

Put three or more spies in the town - that alone should be enough. If you are a different religion, priests/imans in that province that are of a different religion to the owner. Use assasins to destroy the town hall and other buildings that prevent rebellion.

In the mod my faction can neither recruit diplomats, nor assassins nor spies. Unfortunately

Yeah I would go for spies, but you can't recruit them... If they're of a different religion than you can spam priests at them, but be prepared to deal with heretics then.

Theres a cheat to make an entire faction turn rebel, effectively destroying it. Can't remember how to do it though.
