    Default Soundtrack

Had to get all my music from my Ipod back to my pc, and in doing so, something went wrong with the medievall II gold music. a lot of the names were blanked out, and some tracks were duplicated, etc...

Now i know there was some extractor thingie for both medievall II and kingdoms, but i can find it anymore. anyone wanne help me with it? (just giving a download link and a short guide)

    thanks

The unpacker utility should be in the tools folder in your M2TW directory.

Other than that you can probably look up all of the tracks on YouTube.

It will extract all the music files in Medieval 2 vanilla and the four expansion campaigns.
Simply put this xidx.exe and xidx.bat file in the sounds folder of the corresponding game and double click the bat file. The sounds will extract in a folder called music in the same directory.
    Enjoy.
BTW Vercingetarix made this Awesome tool.

And check in the virtual store folder, UAC might've extracted the sounds files there.
