    Icon5 So which faction did you go with?

    I know there's threads like this, but all of them are "which faction will you be?", so I figured I'd make one for which faction you guys who have started playing FoTS actually are playing with.

    Mine's just about down downloading, but just curious to what the verdict is on popularity!
    My machine:
    OS: Windows 10 x64
    MOBO: Z270 GAMING M3
    CPU: Intel i7 7700k @ 4.7
    RAM: 16GB DDR4 2666
    GPU: Zotac GTX 970

    You can't really unlock them. The Tsu, Obama, and Saga clans are available as bonuses for the three different pre-order editions. They'll probably be released as DLC in the future.

    I "preordered" a few hours before it went live and I got em. They should just give the stupid clan to everyone.

    Aw, yea the Limited Edition was totally under advertised this time round, for a person who really wants to modernize the Saga would have been the best pre-order choice (and the LE is a disk so it makes the first installation alot easier).

    Tsu is like the Hattori of FOTS, but honestly...they don't really seem to impress me

    I'm thinking Satsuma... though it's possible I'll change. I like their starting position, and the immediate access to a blacksmith. I also very much enjoyed playing as Shimazu in the original campaign.

    Tsu. Mostly due to their starting position right next to Kyoto right in the middle of everything. Needless to say a few turns in the game everyone around me is at war with me...

    Obama (still not a option (:I ), I got them for the pre-order since
    I like good garrisons, lovely taxes & being a conservative supporter
    of the Shogunate but being in a centre position prone to Imperialists
    & the West.
