Default Reccomended add blocker for web browers?

I'm using IE9. Looking for an add blocker, that doesn't "expire" and doesn't greatly slow down the loading speed of the browser (especially when it starts up). Most importantly, along with blocking the adds, it should tell the browser to not download the adds. I'm very cautions about how much band with I use on the internet.

Oh and preferably it should be free.

    Any suggestions?

I've tried SimpleAddBlock, but that has a expire date (that will ask you to pay for the full version), after which it will have a limited number of blocked adds per day.

I would like some add blocker recommendations too. Im using a very effective adbloacker for firefox but I noticed an erratic behaviour when streaming videos on youtube. Sometimes the video will stop streaming for no reason.

Change to Google chrome then use the Ad blocker extension, it'd be much quicker too.

For IE9, see attatched. What I use is buried in there. and I still don't have them all enabled.

Switch to Google Chrome (Faster, better looking, easier to use, 10x better in every way) and then type "Google Chrome Ad Block" in the search and click on the first result and install the extension (Takes only a few seconds).

Chrome messes with shogun2 because of the Incredbar it installs. Buyer beware.

CA and Sega are using Awesomium for their sandbox. They conflict. I'll let you look up these.
