Who are those critics that give praise to this stuff :

Probably the same people that think Bieber is talented and reality shows are the best thing EVAR.

The ones that were paid by record companies/movie producers to give positive reviews?

1) I've never heard any serious critics praise Willow Smith or Miley Cyrus
2) Kanye West is a pretty decent rapper
3) Avatar is a good action flick that people always seem to feel too strongly about one way or another
4) I've never seen that Bollywood movie but it looks like all of the other sci-fi action bollywood movies; just a crazy over the top and non-serious movie to have fun watching.

1.I said Wikipedia .
2.Pretty Descent doesn't equals to excellent because critics don't praise descent . And common his music is now so shamelessly commercial and popy .
3.I said critics not people , besides i think it's the overall effects , there wasn't so many action in avatar .

If your giving praise to a medium then you are not a critic

Holy crap...I've never actually seen the music video to Power...that is one of the coolest music videos I've seen in awhile.

Any ways, ya...I pretty much echo what the_mango said. Though, I would switch Kanye West's "decent", with Avatars "good" personally =p

These fellows behave more like admen than critics.
At least it is unintentionally funny except the kanye west parody of course wich is intentionally so.

Avatar received praise for its scope and innovation on the technical side of film making. I will remain silent on the rest of the stuff mentioned.

I never really understood the hate for Kanye West. He's a good rapper and amazing producer. Consistently puts out great music.

I think people hate him because he behaves like a spoiled child.

Avatar is hated on too much as a me too meme almost. Its not bad.

Wikipedia is Wikipedia. It's not the most official source of information. As to the question of who would praise this,everyone has different tastes and no matter how hated something might be there will be a minority who likes it for whatever reason. P.S. Avatar was decent,Kanye can be good,Endhiran looks like some independent b-movie,and I don't really have an opinion on Miley Cyrus or Willow Smith.
