    Icon5 3570k or 2500k?

I am wondering if it will be worth it to wait till the end of April to get my hands on the 3570K, or just finish my build now, and get the 2500k. I have an HD 7950 sitting here waiting to be used, and I hear that the Ivy series are mostly geared toward mobile users, that they dont show significant performance gains. I plan on having this build for a long time, and plan on doing modest overclocking.

ivy is 5-15% faster then Sandybridge, and has PCIE 3.0 support where as Sandybridge does not, its not a huge difference but free performance increases for the same price are useful but Ivy is still a month away it wont matter much if your overclocking
