Africa and Sicily construction
OOC: I did in the pro consul thread but that was not the place for this
IC:By order of the Pro-Consul, Manius Furia Cordus, the entire province was to undergo a wave of development. It would begin in each of the individual regions of the province. With sizable investments already set aside, the major cities and towns of the Province were outfitted with shrines to Roman deities, forums, courts, sewers and other basic structures that would further bring law and Roman order to the province. In the ports in Sicily and Cartage huge granaris were raised so the grain would be stored before it goes to the rest of the Roman provinces by sea. These projects were overseen by competent architects, foremen, and employed many impoverished non-citizens for labor.
(-21,600 denarii for improvement of Sicily I-II to tier 1 and Africa I-II to tier 1)
