The Wizengamot are the wizarding justice court, composed of fifty members, that oversees all trials within the Ministry of Magic and the country of Great Britain. This comprises of members of the Department for Magical Law Enforcement and led by the Minister of Magic along with Senior Undersecretary to the Minister and the Head of the Department for Magical Law Enforcement

The wizards and witches of the Wizengamot convene together as Cornelius Wolf. The Heads of each Department enter the court as well. This was indeed a grand moment in the current events of the Ministry as Cornelius would be most likely removed as Minister of Magic. The Chief Justice, who was overseeing the trial stepped forth.

In light of the recent events, Cornelius Wolf, you are hereby subjected to your immediate removal as Minister of Magic. This action is taken due to your ineffective response to the Death Eater attacks this past year and your unresponsive presence to the British Wizarding Community at large. Will all Heads or Representative of the Department please declare your vote. A majority vote will determine the course of this measure.

Viktor raises his right hand. His eyes staring down at Cornelius, disgusted by the man's behavior at the meeting.

I vote in favor of the measure.

Edward Sparrow, Representative of Department of Magical Games and Sports, was unwilling to turn against the Minister in light of these events. As devoted follower of Cornelius, Edward raises his left hand.

I vote against this measure.

After the Ministers antic at the meeting Gellert looks at him coldly.

"I vote in favour."

David Andrews, a balding man in a pinstripe suit, stood and surveyed the room,
"I would like to hear from the minister himself,"
he squeaked nervously,
"Before I make a decision."

The Chief Justice looks at David Andrews.

The Minister violated protocol of the emergency powers that given to the Wizengamot in situations like this one, representative. He violated protocol, accused other Head officials of not doing their job and disrupting a meeting which he was forbidden to attend. You must make your vote now, representative. The time of discussion has ended and action must be taken.

After Frederick has thought quite a bit he speaks;

"I vote in favour of this measure, death eaters should be handled effectively as a potential threat."

Andrews shuffled nervously,

he spoke quietly,

his eyes travelled around the room, gulping he finally made up his mind,
"I vote no on this..."
he sat back down quickly and sunk into his seat.

Two against and three in favor. I believe it is clear that the measure shall be passed by one vote.

The Chief Justice smacks a wooden hammer upon the pedestal.

I hereby declare that Cornelius Wolf is removed from the post of Minister of Magic.

Security wizards then escort Cornelius off the premises...and the Wizengamot disperses. Viktor stands up and heads back for his department now.
