Capua(Faction)

I am glad they are there so i can have a campaign legion vs legion fight!!!

but one thing i am unsure about...

Will Capua have the Marius Reforms and will they get the numbered legions?

TBH, I had no idea how to 'reform' the Capuans, so they pretty much stick with what they have, and AOR or merc units. Although many Capuans were Roman citizens, they were not 'technically' Romans. So I didn't feel right giving them the Legions, as that was strictly a Roman development. Besides, if you actually destroy the Romans, then there are no legions.

Luckily they're strong enough that you don't need reforms.

Capua is a very interesting faction.

Presumably the strategy at the start is to pile in, and try to ensure some sort of local numerical superiority.
