    Default Steam-related issue

I'm very well aware this is completely the wrong place for this post, but I couldn't find anything steam related on TW forums and I'm a bit stuck on the Steam forums themselves.

so I have steam, and today I decided to shift all my date from my C: to my D: drive, however, I know have a new icon in my 'steamapps' list, the icon itself looks like the head of a clownish negro bumblebee (black, red lips and tentacles on its head) and it's 'appmanifes_10180.acf', where did this come from and what does it do?
I'm rather worried about it because I never saw it before and it appears to put itself back whenever I delete it.

I might sound overworried but I'm not taking chances here, better safe than sorry

I'm not sure what that is, but you shouldn't copy and paste programs between drives, as the registry can contain the locations of files. You should've reinstalled steam on the other drive, then copied and pasted the steamapps folder.
