At 3:06, I finally get a glimpse of my Aizu domain on the campaign map. Takeko or at least a generalized joshigun set of units will hopefully be in there. C'moonnn...

Now I am excited. Before, I was just looking forward to it, but now that naval battles are supposed to be better than ever (and they certainly look fantastic), I keep looking at the calender as if it is supposed to jump ahead a bit.

Time to reopen my 19th century Naval history books...

So when they say a new Avatar for FOTS do they mean a new design for the general or a new multiplayer system overall separated from the standard Shogun 2 conquest mode? I'd think it would be quite unfair and boring (since everyone would pick the newer units) to have gatling guns and 19th century technology against people who want to use the traditional Sengokou period armies or people who haven't bought the expansion.

Judging from the looks of it, it seems like it's really easy to just kill everyone now. Fast and furious, indeed.

40 unit armies will come handy with this increased kill rates.

This looks incredibly awesome. Although, it kind of seems like assualting a castle is suicide now... Which is, in my opinion, a good thing.

Don't forget the massively increased lethality of artillery now. And the fact that walls make you a sitting duck to those guns if you want to defend them.

Really the whole game is just going to be slaughter all around.

That's always been my main complaint about the TW games. I know Im going to slaughter the enemy, but they make me wait around forever for those damnable muskets to reload.

Now, there's no more waiting!

Guys - think about this for a sec - if they manage to fix the seige reinforcement bug we're going to have to defend against upwards of a HUNDRED units in legendary mode

That's why we have gatling gun towers.
