- Legio I Italica ,Legio IV Aduitrix, Legio II Alaudae Legio IX Rapax 2,050 Cavalry be moved to province of Hispania,

-The Legions will be under the control of the Pro-Consul of Spain.

- The Pro-Consul is granted Imperium for the Campaign into Spain

- The Pro-Consul is allowed to Invade the Spanish tribes and declare war.

- Small Plots will be created for the Plebs and Veterans of the Gaul wars from the lands we acquire from the Spanish tribes. The land used will be Public lands that the senate acquires after the Conquest

- The Ager Publicus is to be allotted to the poor of the city, who shall also be provided with transport. Any Farm that is built will be torn down and the person that order the building of the farm fined accordingly. All money gained by fines are to be deposited in the Treasury of the Republic
