if im not mistaken, renly will lose his remaining settlements once its my turn, so TINAH doesnt really need a new one.

Still early in the game, Martell is now at peace with everyone and strong, despite an early defeat to Tyrell/Renly.
Same goes for Stark, strong and fairly un-bloodied.

A Kingdom of Ice needs a new Greyjoy player. Turn 1 and the ability to recruit units on the mainland so will be a lot easier to play.

We have a little precious today, I need a replacement for Tyrell in Storm of Swords.
The faction is in very good shape, Tyrell is in control of whole Dorne and currently at peace with the Lannisters.
The Hotseat is going relatively fast, stalled right now, because it would be unfair for anybody to sub one of the strongest, if not the strongest faction.

Arryn now open in Custom Character Hotseat. It is currently on turn 12.
Arryn still open in A Kingdom at War. It is currently on turn 23.
Renly and Greyjoy are still open in Westeros at War. It is currently on turn 23.

I'm going to repeat myself:
New enhanced Hotseat take 3 is in need of a:
new Lannister (good position, previous turn the armies of house Tully were defeated and Riverrun is under siege and as good as taken next turn, only Greyjoy may prove a problem)
new Martell (Decent position, nothing happened yet)
new Greyjoy (challenging, but good position on Lannister's western flank)
This hotseat has had only 5 turns! And every faction is in a decent position.
