joining the hotseat
look man id love to play as the tyrells but i dont understand how this works... you download the file that the other player sent and put it in your saves or something?.. and then after youve played you sent the next one that save? i know im probably anoying but im new

Not at all annoying, in fact you're most welcomeYou do indeed put it in your own save folder.
example: C://Programs/medieval 2/mods/Westeros/saves
Its quite simple and as you say, someone plays their turn as say Lannister then press "end turn". then it goes over to the next faction, and the player saves the game. Then he sends this save to the one who plays The faction the save is for whom then plays his turn. Rince and repeat
Theres not many open places atm, but if youre willing to try other mods than westers (vanilla-like) give me a nudge, or if you have any questions at all. The community is friendly so dont be shy to ask awayIve got a feelings its time for another hotseat to start up soon too.

thanks, but just to understand something: after you finish your turn you pause it when it turns to the next player and then save it? like when the icons of the turns change one then you pause it than you save it? and where do you find it because i tried going to the saves folder and it says that it is empty although that i have like five saves... weird. and do you upload that save to like rapidshare or mediafire and such because i dont have an acount. and if stannis is still available id love to join. lots of questions...

.savMost people use winrar to compress them then upload it here as an attachment. You cannot upload the save as it is, you have to .rar it first

Hammer of Justice hotseat would need a Stark player. Since I'm the admin, I'd rather someone else play the faction.
Stark is in good position and can only get better.

Sorry everyone but my life just got really busy, really fast. So unfortunately I have no spare time for hotseating.
So I hereby resign from hotseating, for now. I might return come 1.0 to play the odd game or two.
