Napoleon starting problem

I had a problem with Napoleon not starting whatsoever. It would tell me that it is preparing to launch, that would disappear, then nothing would happen. Here I made a 64 bit dxdiag thing, its attached, but I can copy and paste one if that works better. Can someone tell me if my specifications are the problem or issue?

Change your DPI settings back to 96dpi(100%).

Try updating the motherboard driver.

Alright I got everything to work. One question, from looking at that list, is this a good rig for this game? I spent a few hours yesterday reading over forums and trying to semi understand computer hardware, but I am still pretty clueless. I think a better way to ask my question would be, from your best estimated guess and knowledge, would this computer run Napoleon Total war smoothly? On say high graphics, without lag?

i5 2600k with aftermarket cooler, 6850 2gb, 4gb ram minimum, 64bit OS would be a good start.

As well as total War games have proven to be optimized, this is about as smotth as Napoleon will get.
