5k armies as gold/silver star rank 10

Just interested in what players use as a 5k army! if they get match up with low level players?

1 vanilla nagi monk cav
1 vanilla matchlock monk
1 nagi monk 2 chevrons in attack

1 or 2 vanilla sword attendants/nagi attendants

With melee gen.

I also play fugu cook and unbalanced spears against them.

I think that the best option for 5k is strong general (boosted by retainers) with shock bonuses like warcry unit or metsuke inspector.

Dont much care for 5k games,so put little thought into it,however here is what I take and couldnt be bothered to change it for maps or anything,dont even change my retainer setup for the build.

All vanilla units

1 matchlock Samurai
1 Bow Samurai
1 Yari Samurai
1 Naginata Samurai
1 Light Cavalry
1 Naginata Attendant.....because I have left over funds and enjoy suiciding them into the front line.

You are pointed to what ? fots ? shogun ? MM ? You are unclear....

In Shogun2, I use 2 light cav with melee atk and defense upgrades. Rest of army combination of vanilla and vet naginata attendants and sword attendants.
My general is leadership.
