Rome Total War Issues

So I recently brought the White Label version of Rome Total War, and installed it. However everytime I run it and it goes to the load screen with all the logos and text, it randomly goes back to the desktop with no warning.

My system specs:

Windows 7 64 bit
4GB RAM
GT 555M 1.5 GB
i5 @ 2.4Ghz

I've tried running in compatibly mode and it still does it, I am currently reinstalling aswell to see if this fixes the issue.

try running it in windowed mode:
add -ne after shortcuts path

but instead of -movie_cam type -ne
