Default Case, Motherboard, Power Supply and cpu cooler

So, I should have built this PC since September but I decided to wait some time to see if prices would come down etc. I will be using it for Architectural modeling and renderings. I have already decided for the base components but I have not decided yet about the case, power supply and the monitor (since I will be needing a new one). To tell the truth I have not informed myself about hardware things in the past 6 months so I'm open to any suggestions. The parts will be bought in 2 weeks and I can't wait any longer cause I really need it.

The parts I have already decided to get are:
    i7 2600k - will be overclocked beyond 4 Ghz
Quadro 2000 or Nvidia Gtx 560
16 GB of ram - have not yet decided on the brand but I know it's not important
Generic 7200 rpm hard drive of 500 GB - I already have 2 external HD's so I will be using the internal just to install the programs, and for very little storage.
Maybe a SSD just for the system.

Now what I want is a suitable case - had in mind the HAF 932 before but I know it's an old model and I was wondering if there was a cheaper and better alternative.
A mobo which will allow me to overclock the i7 without much trouble. I don't care if it has more than 1 PCI-e slot because I don't intend on using SLI.
About the Power Supply I was thinking about a 650W one but I most likely will be upgrading in the future and I may need a more powerful one. Also I need it to be reliable. I was thinking about smth like this or this
Since I will be overclocking I need a good cooler. Preferably and Air cooler but if It's worth I may also go with a water one.

So any suggestions? You may use newegg as a reference for prices although I live in Albania and I will be buying the parts here but the store where I will be getting the parts have all the parts that are listed there and for almost the same prices. And try to keep it as cheap as possible but I won't mind spending a little extra money if it's worth

Rep will be given for any replies.

Get the Corsair PSU its known to be of a better quality. PSU is the most important thing.

I have a HAF932 and I love it. I got it back in october and its the best case Ive ever owned. Word of warning the backplate is not in the right place ( and it seems they are on NO FREAKING CASES EVER )

Also suggestion.. If you do architectural rendering you might consider using one video card for rendering and another for gaming.

A quadro will do great in rendering but horrid in gaming and a 560ti will do pretty good in gaming but will be a horrid renderer.

Firstly thx for the reply. rep+

Now to business: I was thinking of getting the gaming card only because I saw that the gaming card would have almost the same results as the quadro because it's raw power was twice as much as the quadro for half the price. I may however buy the quadro in Italy with a cheaper price if enough people say its worth it. I will consider your suggestion because I never thought of using 2 different cards before

You say the PSU is powerful enough even if I want to upgrade?

About the case, its nice to know that the haf is still on top , but I was thinking if it was possible to find something cheaper that will do the work just as good. I dont care about the looks. If I don't find one, I will certainly go with the haf

PS: I see that you use the hyper 212+ as a cooler. Have you overclocked your cpu? Will the cooler do the job properly if I get it?
