Missing Audio?
So I started up NTW again after a few months of not playing, and for some reason it lacks all in-game audio. The intro and Napoleon's campaigns videos work fine, but everything else is mute.
Anyone know why? I think its a missing audio file somewhere, but I can't be sure. Thanks for any responeses

Delete the preferences file.
C:\Users\Liam\AppData\Roaming\The Creative Assembly\Napoleon\scripts

Re: Missing Audio?
You need to delete the file called user.script. This happened to me a couple of times.

Re: Missing Audio?
you probably have a mod that requires a user.script line. if so you may have the line but have removed the mod from your data folder, or have the mod in but no user.script line. this usually causes the sound to be muted. also make sure you have a ; after each line in your user.script

Re: Missing Audio?
Can you point me to a source of information that more thoroughly explains how the user.script file works? I have the same problem, only when I run the BSM smoke mod. The smoke looks great but all sound is lost. After exiting game I find the preferences.script file with the mod lines gone, restored to a pre-edited version. How can I get this to work together? Thanks for your help!

Re: Missing Audio?
Delete the scripts folder, all of it, verify the game cache, then try it.

If there is one, I have not found it. Maybe another member has a link.
