Make an entry in the descr_mercenaries.txt in the imperial_campaign folder. Would look something like this-
The thing that makes them show up for Catholic factions that are crusading is this "religions { catholic } crusading". If you removed the "crusading", it is available to only Catholic factions all the time. Remove the religions syntax and it is available to all religions on crusade or jihad.unit Pilgrims exp 0 cost 35 replenish 0.36 - 1.0 max 6 initial 2 religions { catholic } crusading
