Is there a time limit for uniting the chaos?

Lets say im playing with nurgle....do i have to conquer the other chaos factions before the chaos invasion happens or the chaos invasion happens only when i unite the chaos factions?

Sorry for the english people but i gonna give a go to the chaos after my current campaign and i really need to know this.

In 1.44 the chaos invasions spawned around the usual time if you do not unite the factions. I assume it is the same for 1.5. It ruins the campaign if they spawn and forces you to rush, which I don't like.

What do you mean by "ruins the campaign"?Do you mean CTD?

No, it ruins the chaos campaign because the AI invades the Empire with a huge amount of chaos stacks. Not much fun after that for a chaos player who is forced to ally with undivided.

So it seens i will have to rush in my campaign to conquer the other chaos factions before the event....well thx for the answers
