Are there any official or unofficial rules for the chaos warrior/marauder undead? If not, what are peoples opinions on their stats and any special rules?
Thanks
Usually when people would make undead chaos armies they'd either use the chaos rules or undead rules.
There are a few nurgle special characters that are technically undead (Valnir the reaper).
Personally I'd calculate it is by looking at how the undead stats are calculated, weapon skill, ballistic skill and initiative are reduced by 1 from the standard human stats. So for chaos warriors that'd give undead chaos warriors: m4 ws4, bs2, s4, t4, w1, a2, ld5.
The whole problem with the world is that fools and fanatics are so certain of themselves, but wiser people are full of doubts.

I'd imagine in tabletop they'd just be standard Skeleton Warriors & Wights respectively. Maybe adding a bit more WS to each plus obviously their equipment and armour.
doesnt richter krugars cursed company have undead members of every race? Im just thinking that they might have slightly different rules for say elf or ork or chaos undead within the company
Krell was a powerful Chaos Champion who died and was resurrected by Nagash then killed by Sigmar then brought back again by Kemmler. So, yeah there are some. Vardek Crom also apparently got mauled by the undead and possibly became a wight or something. But that hasn't happened yet because of the time line. On the other hand Nurgle has zombies.

There is Krell (As the post above points out):
In addition to this the current storyline has Manfred Von Carsteins army being composed of a massive number of chaos undead. When he arrived at the battle of Middenheim in the Storm of Chaos he raised all the dead from several days of fighting (Including lots of chaos warriors etc), and he used this to finish off Archaon's army (Which he subsequently raised). He then took this army back to Sylvania and crushed Crom the Conqueror's army and raised them back.
Why he didn't conquer empire ?.
All Orks is equal, but some Orks are more equal dan uvvas.
If its Manfred your talking about then i'll tell you why:
After he destroyed Archaon's army at Middenheim (But before he went to defeat Crom) he marched his newly reinforced army to the gates of the city and demanded that it be surrendered to him, or all within will die. He was confronted by Volkmar the Grim (The Grand Theologist of Sigmar). They had what can only be described as a mini staring contest before Volkmar said:
"Nearly five hundred years ago a man like me killed a monster like you. It can be done again".
Manfred remembered the Siege of Altdorf many hundreds of years before where Grand Theologist Wilhelm flung himself from the city walls with Vlad von Carstein, impaling them both on the stakes below. This troubled him, and he was also reminded of Vardek Crom's army that was by now in Sylvania. With that he left the city and went back to his own lands.

This is as far as the story goes, so its very likely he will return.
So he defeated Crom and still has a massive undead army?
Yes he does.
looks like the empire cant catcha break![]()
According towikipedia though Manfred was killed?
Mannfred - Vlad's first get. Mannfred was actually first in line to take the place of Vlad, however he mysteriously disappeared after the Count's untimely death. For many years Konrad was allowed to rule Sylvania, but as it turns out, Manfred had not been idle. He had gone on a quest to retrieve some very powerful artefacts from the lands of the Tomb Kings. When he returned, nearly more than 100 years after Vlad's death, Manfred was equipped with one of Nagash's nine books, a powerfully enchanted staff, and a cloak which rendered him nearly impossible to hit in combat and a ring that could bring him back from any death. It is this ring that allowed his sire Vlad to continue his war for so long. Additionally, he had become a very accomplished wizard, and this allowed him to do what Konrad could not—to march on the Empire without any fear of defeat. However, when Mannfred finally stood at the gates of Altdorf, as his sire had done so many years ago, yet another crushing defeat waited for him. All that was visible on the walls of the great city was the figure of Grand Theongist Kurt III. The tiny man had open in his hands Nagash's Liber Mortis, and he began reciting the spell of unbinding from its pages. Rage took Mannfred, but as his army began to crumble to dust, he was in no position to continue the assault. He was driven back, and finally cut down at Hel Fenn by the White Wolf, the once grand master of the order of the white wolf then turned undead. He took the ring and with the help of a dwarf hid himself for all time in the badlands to keep the ring from returning to evil hands.
He was killed. Several times. But as the Storm of Chaos is set after all of that fluff he is still alive (Vampire are notorious for coming back).
