    Gonna have to bandwagon and say France as well.

    Danes and Hungarians are tempting, but the Danes are typically rather aggressive and Hungary seems to always establish itself in some random remote territory. And France from what I've seen never expands like that until very late in the game (assuming it survives that long) when it has its best units.
