What kind of setting for BAI/CAI ?

I tried this mod on VH/VH, and i think, in battle, it s really too hard... The ennemy is really hard to root... I used charge with heavy cav on flanc, behind, reforming, recharge, and again... The moral (spirit ?) is too high... So i m fgonna try VH/H.

What s your setting ?

That´s good to hear as 1.4 was way too easy for me

Always VH/VH. If still too easy, to make game more hardcore, dont never take "load save" after the battle even if you lose badly. Its more realistic, this way you might actually even loose the game and battles become more intresting.
Spending more time to planning and preparing for how to win a battle, battles become more crucial.
Now this 1.5 is maybe best balaced gameplay so far. I remember in version 1.3? when all orcs had 2 hitpoints, those were hard battles.

Kill enemy general is always the answer if the enemy is not routing from flank/rear charge. Chaos and sometimes other factions won't entirely rout but about 1/3 of the army usually will and that is enough to always win.

Well, you re right Merkkari about 1.5... Every total war i play, i play on VH/VH, and i win regulary... I found it easy too. So bye jove ! I'm gonna try again in VH/VH ! It s a question of honor !!! And may be i'm a little bit masochist ...
