I remember that on older version had elven voices on strat map, I cant hear them now on 3.2.

correct me if Im wrong.

the voices on this pack are awesome but the sound quality seems a bit bad.

Yeah, I remember watching a Let's Play of an older version of TATW that had his mod installed. It's actually how I found the mod in the first place.

Also, on the video beggining you can hear the menu music for the previous tatw version. What music is this and where can I find it?

It's music from the Hunt for Gollum movie and the track is called Ancient Bloodline of Kings.

Oh. Durr. I'm guessing they are. How many people have the expertise needed to translate all the elven units into their respective languages and provide audio files in authentic Quenya/Sindarin?
