From this which I had saw here probably this town cant be conquered right?

Terhazza cannot be reached. It's simply the way TW games work; you need a town to have a province. The fact is that Sahara and Arabian desert are one and the same province (Eremos). That's why there is not settlements in the Arabian desert.
