Electronic is my favorite music genre (after classical) and as such I have decided to create this thread to compile as much Militaristic sounding house music there is in existence. I hope to share as much of this type of music with all of you in TWC. Please feel free to add any similar sounding music to this thread, If it sounds good I'll gladly add it to this post, plus give you a +rep so you may be on your way

Heres what I got so far:

Should be veeery easy to find something fitting your description in the realm of darkwave and ebm. Neither trance nor house strike me as capable of transporting any notion of militarism. I mean, what militaristic aspects do you hear in that Paape track other than being as long and repetitive as the Hundred Years' War? Oh, is it exactly that?
Then again, I despise the repetitiveness and lack of any dramaturgy in 90% of all electronic music, but that may be due to me preferring music that's made for listening to instead of being made for people in clubs to dance to, as I do not engage in any kind of night life ('cept for hanging around on my computer at night ) due to heavy and well founded social phobia. (The other track I just found atrocious in every way, but that's just me and I'm irrelevant)

Anyway, back to topic: The majority of what is being published in the field of darkwave, ebm and derivative genres ("darkstep", "hellectro" and whatstheirnames) has a militaristic tone to it. Be it due to the rhythms, the sound design or even the lyrics.

    A picturesque example:
"Oh, to be truly happy! To be an imbecile." - Wobbly Headed Bob

Hmm... well I could argue that it would be damn hard to march to this beat but somewhat easier to manuever like a a "Mardi Gras" Prussian regiment to say a tune like this...

But hey, everyone has their preferences whether it be Black-Metal or Baroque...
