Crashing on startup.

Recently re-installed, when I click the game, the screen goes black, then I get the standard Windows error report.

Anything I can do?

Before reinstalling did you make sure both Napoleon folders were deleted first?

No, I didn't delete them. Was I supposed to?

Also, I'm running through two monitors. Could that be why?

Yes, you hare supposed to. Delete teh on The Ctreative Assembly folder and verify the game cache.

Some get by with two monitors, some not. I have no clue why either way.

Ohterwise your compurter is right on the knife edge of playing this game or not. Use Game Booster to free up some ram.

Okay, I will try a fresh install. I've deleted the files for the game both in both locations (the Steam folder and application data) so will try again. Should I verify before attempting to launch?

Cheers for the help, I'll have a look at Game Booster. I've had this game running on my PC before but I had minimum graphic settings.

The way Steam has been lately, yeah, I'd a try to verify tha cache before trying the game.
