Napoleon crash while loading battle

every time I load a battle the game crsh I post my dxdiag but I do not think has anything to do with my pc since it crased also with another pc:

ps:I have also the file of the crash but I cannot open it is a MDMP file

Try installing the 295.73 drivers from www.nvidia.com and setting the game to the 540M in Nvidia Control Panel.

Try updating the High Definition Audio codecs at www.realtek.com.tw as your are already a year old.

ehm sorry I am not very good with the pc I reached the control panel but how can I change the setting of the game to the 540M in Nvidia Control Panel and how can I see what is my version of my driver both video and audio to be sure I download the right version please

hi guys I have done something wrong and I HAD to reset all the pc basically I had no idea what driver install neither I know what I have (I know I am an idiot)

so basically in nvidia

I chosed Product Type Geforce

Product Series geforce series 500?? then I have a laptop so I should choose 500 (notebook)??

Go with what Toshiba gave you for the Satellite. Odds are everything else is proprietary and can't upgrade, anyway.

I'm not sure if it's the same issue, but I had a problem as well when it would CTD whenever I tried entering a battle. I tried verifying game integrity in Steam, and it would tell me one file was missing and needed to be downloaded, but would never actually do so. It would still allow me to play, but of course the CTD problem was still there. Redownloading/installing the game did nothing.

In the end, it was fixed by simply running Steam as administrator. The missing file downloaded correctly, and I everything worked after that.
