Default Adding separate abilities to different units

Hey, my goal here is to make Riflemen more of a Line Infantry type of unit. I was able to increase unit size, change their class to 'Line Infantry', however the differences end there.
I'd like for them to be able to go into square formation, fire by rank and fire and advance, while if possible, have bayonets.

Is this possible to mod? Would I be able to remove the old unit abilities and replace them with those new ones?

    Hey Mik528,

Nice to see you're a proud Portuguese (So am I!). So, here's the deal:

HusserTW has a great modding tool called EasyDb. You can find it here:

As you can see in the main image of the program, there is a section called "Units", and another called "Unit Abilities". The only thing you have to do is select your custom unit (the Riflemen) and then add the abilites you want them to have. With this editor you can also edit pretty much everything in the unit (this is, if you want).

About replacing the abilities, just delete them from the "Unit Abilities" column and add the ones you want. It's that simple.

Hope this helps you. If you havy any more doubts, just ask.

unit_to_unit_ability is where you have to go in db.
