How do i unpack Kingdoms files?

Hi, i'd like to know how do i unpack the Kingdoms expansions (Crusades, Britannia, Teutonic and America) and which files do i require to do it.. i have Medieval II Gold Edition patched to the last version...

I don't have the Gold Edition but In the old Kingdoms, the packs are in the packs folder and the unpack_brittania.bat for instance are in the tools\unpacker folder.

If you don't have them in yours, ask in the Mod Workshop.

There's an attachment on the bottom of the first post, i guess its what you need, but normaly you find the unpacker in the tools folder

I dont have the unpack_britannia etc, but i have found them all over the web. I launched the .bat files and after few seconds it's unpacking, the process dies for no reason and nothing changes basically..

Have you tried the link i gave in post 3, you need to make sure the unpackers are in the tools folder.

Hey, I unpacked all the britannia files as specified, but I wanted to run modified character traits and ran a batch file containing: "kingdoms.exe --features.mod=mods/british_isles --io.file_first" and all of a sudden all items on the campaign screen were messed up: labels supersized, menus broken, and when I hit escape, quit, the little box comes up but is missing the check and x, and I must hit ENTER to leave. Can anyone shed some light on this?

Did you try it before unpacking and modifying?
