can't recruit well

Hi all, I've a problem with this mod. When I'm going to recruit new units I can't recruit all of them, for example if I use macedon I can't recruit ships, elephants, the royal pikeman, the companion calvary. What I've to do for solving this problem?

You could start by reading the FAQ...
This mod is made to focus on Rome mainly. I guess you won't get those units until Rome gets the Marian reforms, which will never happen with AI controlling them. For elephants though, it might be enough to conquer a province with the appropriate resource, not sure. Alot of nations have also deliberately been denied access to units such as ships and diplomats for example.

you need to advance throughout the game to get the better units. Also there are some AoR´s to some units.

I started a new campaing with the romans, I conqured Carthago and others greeks cities but I can't recruit the same units as in Italy, for example I can't recruit the diplomat, the equites and others units I don't remember. Is a problem or is the game?

No it is done on purpose. Please refer to the readme.

As much as you cannot recruit legions in Scythia, you cannot recruit hastati outside Italy. Thats how it was and game reflects it. Makes sense.

Yes, other nation have no diplomats to prevent them bribing cities and thus expanding from their borders.
